  • Hi Customers,

    The Data Center we will be undergoing planned maintenance (Black building test).

    Black building test to ensure the correct operation of the power fail-over systems and generators are working correctly. This work is required to ensure all the power back up systems are operating correctly and to carry out voltage adjustments on two of the 11000 volt transformers.

    As with any type of maintenance, there is a risk of downtime. However, the Black Building Test is expected to be a non-service affecting Test. If at any point the risk to the site is increased, then the Test will be aborted and Mains Power will be re-instated.

    We are investigating and troubleshooting issues with cPanel servers not allowing emails to be sent.

    We have identified the issue and are working with 3rd party teams.
